Happy Anniversary!! I am so sorry that I will miss the special day, but I will be at an all day scrapbooking activity on Saturday. Last year I couldnt come because it was my grandson’s first birthday (this year he celebrates on Sunday). I was in recently for a wonderful lunch, and will be back soon!

No, but my good friend and colleague in the tea industry, Julee Rosanoff of Perennial Tea Room in Seattle plays a pivotal role in this festival. Please pay her a visit and say Hello to her from me. She attended my Vegas class and we go back a long way. It’s a fun festival. My other good friends are Choice Organics and they are sure to participate.

I’m sure you were inspirational in Vegas, and “How to Conduct a Successful Tea Tasting” sounds very interesting! I will be going to the Northwest Tea Festival in October. Any chance you will be there?

I hope to stop by this tearoom someday on my way down to South Carolina. If it isn’t too much out of the way I MAY be able to convince my husband to go!
Hope you have a tea tasting someday, and that I am able to attend. I am still hoping to get out to Seattle in October for that tea festival. I love all things tea!

Yup, we thought so! I think there were two reasons for this – first, it just makes sense and second, there is a big Gym in the same building complex and this prevents them from parking right in front of our offices during normal working hours. Either way, makes us feel special and important!

As you said, you can’t please everyone. You tried to accommodate their wishes. You did everything you could. So just remember that sometimes the customer ISN’T right, and that the rest of us love the food and the service and the people of Silvertips!! At the end of the day, you have to be able to live with yourself, and you would not have felt good about what you had done, if you had allowed them to get served first.
BTW, what business do they work for? Would love to go in when there are other people there, and tell them that my parking meter will be up in a minute and could they please bump me ahead of all the others…..:)

I was at the tearoom last week, after a particularly bad week doing alot for my elderly father. I told Christina that my visit for tea and lunch was definitely medicinal , and not just social! I felt MUCH better by the time I left. Thank you, Dr. Anupa!!
