We’ll be going to the Fancy Food Show again tomorrow. It’s in New York for another year and then 2012 they’re moving it to Washington, D.C. We will be looking for some unusual and delicious gourmet treats for our store – perhaps something in the new Sweet/Salt trend that everyone is talking about. One of the food magazines that preceded the Show spoke of a Chardonnay Biscuit – we will be checking that out too. I will keep you posted as to what we find, who we see and, most importantly, what we eat throughout the day!
