A big Thanks to our customers
That was a great weekend! The Nyack College Commencement Afternoon Tea on Saturday and Mother’s Day on Sunday were two back-to-back events for us. We served over 150 people at these 2 events. The Strawberry Lemonade was a big hit and we will offer this often during the summer and, most certainly, at our parties and special events.
What would we do differently? Perhaps offer a simplified menu for future Mother’s Day teas. We noticed many more people asked for special plates brought on by allergies, medical requirements, religious preferences and the plating was more complicated than usual. We also noticed that there was very little time between seatings, perhaps because the restaurant is now bigger with a more comfortable ambience leading to longer stays. Regardless, we love this day and we thank all our customers for spending this day with us.
