Makaibari 1st flush

Our long awaited Makaibari 1st flush is here! This is the first air freight lot of this year and we are starting with DJ 18/08. This is the 18th production (or lot or ‘invoice’) of the year. It is a fine china tea with a pronounced green hue to the leaf and a wonderful, fresh, floral light cup. The stencil on the chest speaks volumes. It tells us that 5 chests of DJ 18 were manufactured, Grade FTGFOP1S (Finest Tippy Golden Flowery Orange Pekoe), each chest 22 kgs. nett (48.4 lbs.) with a gross weight of 26 kgs. Our entire warehouse now carries the fragrance of Makaibari.
